The following recommendations are intended as a guide.

Feel free to adjust quantity, temperature and brewing time according to your personal preference.

Preparation:

Whisk Matcha with hot water until a fine foam forms.


Sencha

Amount Water Temperature Brewing Time
2–3 g 200 ml 70–80°C 2–3 min

Multiple infusions possible.



Balance Line

Tie Guan Yin

2–3 g 200 ml 90–95°C 1–2 min

Da Hong Pao

A botanical herbal blend with gentle citrus freshness.



Multiple Infusions

Sencha, Tie Guan Yin and Da Hong Pao are particularly suitable for multiple infusions.
