Order & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Switzerland and 5–8 business days within Europe.

How much does shipping cost?

Switzerland: CHF 5.90. Free shipping on orders over CHF 60.
EU: €9.90. Free shipping on orders over €85.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Switzerland and selected European countries. Additional destinations may be added in the future.

Tea & Quality

Where do your teas come from?

We work with carefully selected producers from Japan, China, and Europe. Each tea is chosen for its origin, quality, and character.

Do your teas contain artificial additives?

No. Our teas and herbal blends contain no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.

Is your Matcha ceremonial grade?

Yes. Our Matcha is Ceremonial Grade Matcha from Japan. It is made from carefully selected and shade-grown tea leaves and is appreciated for its fine texture, balanced umami, and natural sweetness.

Are your herbal teas caffeine-free?

Yes. Products from the Calm Line are naturally caffeine-free.

Preparation

How should I store tea?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Reseal the package carefully after opening.

Can I brew the teas multiple times?

Yes. Sencha, Tie Guan Yin, and Da Hong Pao are particularly suitable for multiple infusions. Depending on the tea, 2–5 infusions can be enjoyed.

Can I return my order?

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
