This matcha comes from carefully selected tea gardens in Japan and is made from shaded tencha leaves that are slowly stone-ground into an exceptionally fine powder.

Its vibrant green color, creamy texture, and smooth, slightly sweet taste make it ideal for a calm and focused morning ritual.

Tencha → gently steamed → dried → processed without rolling → slowly ground in granite mills into the finest matcha.

This careful processing helps preserve:

  • L-theanine (focus)

at their optimal levels.

Brewing Guide
1–2 g matcha with 70–80 ml water 70–80°C Whisk until frothy using a bamboo whisk (chasen) Alternative (Usucha / Latte): Whisk the matcha with water or milk
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Seal airtight after opening.
Tip
Do not use water that is too hot — this keeps the flavor smooth and prevents bitterness. Drink slowly. The effect comes gently, but clearly.
