Refund policy
At STEEP STATE TEA, we place great importance on quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction.
As our products are food items, returns can only be accepted for unopened, unused, and originally sealed products.
Return Period
Return requests may be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition,

the packaging must not be damaged or altered,

the return request must be submitted in advance by email.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or damage incurred during transport.
Non-Returnable Items
For health protection and food safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned or refunded.
This applies in particular to:

opened tea packages,

used products,
-
products with damaged seals or packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number together with clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case as quickly as possible and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
